The mark consists of a single arrow circle, open at the top, with the tag line "Working All the Time" extending in an arc within the open space of the arrow circle near the top perimeter. The bottom third of the arrow circle includes shaded pie-shaped segments. The pie-shaped segment on the right contains the word "wind" and spans the 4 o'clock and 5 o'clock positions of the arrow circle and the pie-shaped segment on the left contains the word "solar" and spans between approximately the 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock positions of the arrow circle. At the center of the arrow circle is a shaded circle; inside the arrow circle and around the center shaded circle there are eight small pictorial representations equally spaced from each other. The eight small pictorial representations are of, respectively, starting at top and moving clockwise, a shaded crescent moon; an outline of a cloud with two snowflakes; an electric plug with a circle-diagonal-slash symbol (meaning no) over the plug; four horizontal lines, two of which are dashed, representing wind; a full sun comprised of a circle with lines representing rays; an outline of a cloud with partial sun comprised of a cloud with dashed lines representing rain; and an outline of a cloud with outline of a lightning bolt. At the center of the shaded center circle, the word "WATT" appears with the "W" being larger than the other letters and extending as a line above the letters "ATT" and forming the small case of the letter "e", which circles around the word "WATT".
