The mark consists of a three dimensional packaging design for sugar coated milk chocolates, comprising a transparent cellophane wrapper through which two round sugar coated milk chocolates are visible, the placement of which, together with the design on the cellophane wrapper, depict a three-dimensional configuration of a panda bear holding a diagonal label displaying the word "JOYCO" and with a vertical scroll design to the right of its head displaying three symbols vertically aligned, namely a heart, an ampersand and a smiley-faced sun.
