The mark consists of a crown like shape, with a triangular-like top portion which is dark red and burgundy in color and in which a gold crown appears in the center bounded on either side by one gold-colored olive branch; immediately beneath that is a diamond shaped gold crest with an off-white center, with the black letters "S" and "K", both in capitals, appearing in cursive font. The diamond shaped gold crest is bounded on either side by a dark-red and burgundy border which extends just beyond the point of the diamond-shaped gold crest and then moves inward. Directly beneath the diamond-shaped gold crest is a golden, yellow and white banner with the words "SHAHI KULFI USA" appearing in all capital letters in black. Directly beneath the banner on either side and in brighter red and orange with minor burgundy highlights arching arms that curve inward and form a wave at the ends and tips that curve further inward and back toward the larger portion of each arm. Beneath and in the center of the banner further is an ovular section in red and orange with dark red highlights. In the center of the ovular section is a moderately convex circle with a gold-yellow border that is bright red from bottom to top but with darker red and burgundy shades on either side.
