Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a charging stand for wireless ear bud style ear pieces. The drawings illustrate an outer housing consisting of rounded top surface of the charging dock to receive the bottom part of a wireless ear bud case and an inner base consisting of vertical slot opening in the middle of the wedge-shaped base to fit charging cable. The drawings show how outer housing fits perfectly on top of the inner base to create the vertical stand and wedge-shaped base into one solid unit. The vertical charging receiver is attached to a horizontal wedge-shaped base. The front, back, and vertical sides of the horizontal base are contoured at an angle. A contoured line design runs across the bottom of the horizontal base where the outer housing and inner base meets. The dotted lines are used to show elements of the design that are not claimed features of the mark, particularly, two holes for a charging cable on the bottom the horizontal base and the flat, rounded top surface of the outer housing, a vertical slot opening for charging cable in the middle of inner base, and symmetrical slot openings on the top, middle, and bottom portions of inner base to fit the outer housing.
