The mark consists of the letters "WAH" in capital letters above "CERTIFIED" with a capital "C". Horizontal rows of six stars appear above and below the wording, all of which is surrounded by six concentric circles. The two outermost circles are comprised of zigzag lines; the third outermost circle has an outer zigzag edge and an inner smooth edge interrupted by a series of semicircles; the fourth outermost circle has an outer smooth edge interrupted by a series of semicircles and a smooth inner edge; the fifth and six concentric circles have smooth edges. Above the upper row of stars is an outline of a house surrounded by a circle which is surrounded by a shape that is circular at the top and triangular at the bottom. A banner appears across the lower half of the circular design, overlapping all but the innermost concentric circle.
