Occupational therapy services; speech therapy services; physical therapy; physiatry services; psychological, health, mental health counseling; medical primary care services; psychiatric services; health care services in the field of neurology; psychological testing and counseling services; cognitive therapy services; providing residential care facilities for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; providing residential care facilities for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; the provision of clinical services in the nature of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy in connection with providing educational services, namely, vocational, life skill classes, and course materials to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities
