On the sky blue portion, there is a crutch and a canoe paddle that intersect. Both are black. "EST" is on the left side of the intersection, and "2014" is on the right side. The mark represents a wheelchair wheel, a sunrise, and adapted camp activities. "EST" and 2014" represent the year the camp was established.
