The mark consists of a white background and no border. The left portion of the mark image contains three leaves as literal elements. One medium-shade blue leaf in the middle left that is pointed to the left with a white crease going from the base of the leaf on the right to about three-quarters to the point of the leaf on the left. One slightly smaller light green leaf on the bottom that is pointed to the bottom left with a white crease going from the base of the leaf on the top right to about three-quarters to the point of the leaf on the bottom left. This light green leaf slightly overlaps the medium-shade blue leaf with a white border. One medium-shade green leaf about twice the size of the medium-shade blue leaf adjacent to the right side of the light green and medium-shade blue leaves, that has no crease, is pointed to the top left, and has a white house in the center of the leaf. The entire house is on a slight angle turned leftward of being upward. The house's right border is flushed with the right side of the leaf so it blends in with the image's white background. There are four green squares in the center of the house in a 2 by 2 grid. The roof of the house is pointed upwards with an overhang on the house's left side. There is a green overhang border of a roof overhang on the bottom portion of the roof that never touches any of the house's border and is also pointed upwards. The bottom of the house has a slight concave curve inward. To the right of the leaf images, are two English words, all in upper-case letters, in Lucida font, stacked on top of one another spanning to the right side of the image. Omitting the quotation marks, the top word is "HOUSING" written in medium-shade green (the same medium-shade as the large green-leaf) that expands all the way to the right of the image. Omitting quotation marks, the bottom word is "PATH" expanding to the right until approximately halfway through underneath the "S" of "HOUSING". The letters "P", "T", and "H" in "PATH" are written in medium-shade green, but with the "A" represented by a literal element as a two-pronged, curved mark appearing like an upside-down V (like a path) in between the "P" and "T" and is medium-shade blue (the same shade of blue as the left-most leaf). The medium-shade blue mark's point upward immediately curves left at the top directly under the "H" in the word "HOUSING". The left prong of the medium-shade blue mark curves rightward and has a flat bottom ending parallel to where the "P", "T", and "H" end on the bottom border. The right side of the curve goes diagonally to the bottom right and continuing under and beyond the "T" pointing towards the right and is pointed at its tip.
