Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a two-piece smart phone case comprised of a translucent or transparent soft cover and an opaque hard frame that fit together over a smart phone. The soft cover is fitted to the size of the phone and has recessed areas at the sides to accommodate the hard frame. The edges of the soft cover and hard frame are of different tones, so that when the cover and frame are fit together they form a two-toned band around the front edges of the phone. A supporting leg in the nature of a rectangle with rounded corners is embedded in a recess at the lower portion of the soft cover. The frame and cover have cutouts for the phone's logo, buttons, and camera, which elements are shown in dotted lines and are not claimed as features of the mark.
