Description of Mark
The mark consists of a four sided geometric shape composed of two design elements, which come together in a rectangular shape. The lower part of the rectangle, the first design element, consists of three complete lines which form the right side, the base and approximately two thirds of the left side. The right and left sides rise from the base at ninety degree angles. The second design element consists of a stylized Dr. Z, in which the characters forming Dr. Z complete the rectangular shape. A horizontal line creates the top of the rectangle as well as the top of the capital letter Z. This horizontal line does not touch the right vertical line. The top of the capital letter Z turns at the top right corner and descends at approximately forty five degrees towards the bottom left corner and then turns at an approximately forty five degree angle towards the bottom right corner to complete the capital Z. The diagonal forming the Z's midsection decreases in thickness as it descends to the bottom left. The bottom line of the capital Z retains the same dimensions and is parallel to the base line of the first design element. The Z's top line also retains its dimensions, except where the descending diagonal begins. The Z's horizontal base is shorter than the first design element's base line as well as the Z's top horizontal line. From the top left corner of the second design element's top horizontal line, a line descends at a ninety degree angle for approximately a third of the left hand side's length before curving right and turning back on itself and stops before touching the top horizontal line. This curving portion, measuring approximately a fifth the width of the top horizontal line, forms a stylized D. To the right of the D is a lower case r followed by a period, ., to form a stylized Dr. At no point do the lines forming the stylized Dr. Z and the first design element touch. Below and parallel to the first design element's base line are the words in all capitals LIFESTYLE COMMUNITY. Taken together, these elements create the mark for Dr. Z LIFESTYLE COMMUNITY.
