Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a two-piece smart phone case comprised of a soft cover and a hard frame that fit together over a smart phone. The soft cover is made of translucent or transparent material to show the phone underneath and is fitted to the size of the phone and has recessed areas at the sides and back to accommodate the hard frame. The soft cover and hard frame are of different tones, so that when the cover and frame are fit together, they form a two-toned band around the front edges of the phone. The hard frame and soft cover have a circular cutout for the phone's logo, and the hard frame has a cutout in the shape of an elongated oval near the top of the case to expose a portion of the soft cover. The frame and cover have cutouts for the phone's buttons and camera, and there is a support leg on the hard frame, which elements are shown in dotted lines and are not claimed as features of the mark.
