Outside of this rectangle are 13 solid rectangles of varying sizes and combinations of blue, cobalt blue and Navy blue, and a jagged edged rectangle with graduated colors of blue, from blue to cobalt to Navy blue, that contains the word CERTIFIED in all capitals in white lettering using the font Stencil. The jagged edged rectangle is shown at an angle on the lower right side of the word CASO partially under the letter S and fully under the letter O and extends beyond the border of the sphere and the rectangle surrounding the word CASO. The rest of the design background is white.
