The mark consists of a stylized design of an "L" shaped building comprised of black, diagonal lines, which meet at two series of inflection points. The building is at a 30 degree angle upwards and a 30 degree angle from the left. One series of inflection points is further right and above the other. The higher series of inflection points end where the other one begins. The two series of inflection points give the appearance that the building has a larger, wider rectangular base and a thinner, taller tower. The diagonal lines mimic the sections of floors in a building. The lines get larger as they meet at an inflection point. Directly to the right of the stylized building is the word "SYSTEM PROPERTY" with "SYSTEM" in maroon letters directly above the word "PROPERTY" in grey letters. The words "SYSTEM PROPERTY" are in Source Sans Pro Semibold font. There is a grey thin line directly underneath the word "PROPERTY ". Directly underneath the line, centered based on the word "PROPERTY" and in smaller typeface are the words "EST. 1920" in grey letters and Source Sans Pro Regular font.
