The mark consists of a green arc forming approximately 300 degrees of the circumference of a circle with an open space at the top right of the circle forming approximately 60 degrees of the circle circumference. The circle form encompasses three green lines and a light blue line each forming a right angle and arrayed together to form the shape of a cross, the blue right angle appearing at the top right of the cross form. Three concentric light blue arcs are arrayed at the top right of the cross shape, the innermost arc is the smallest in size and appears within the circumference of the circle form, the second arc appears just above and is slightly longer than the innermost arc, the outermost arc appears just above the second arc and is slightly longer than the second arc. The three arcs are positioned so as to appear to pass through the open section of the circle circumference.
