The mark consists of a central shield outlined in blue at the lower portion of the shield transitioning into black toward the upper portion of the shield, a varying blue background within the shield, a gold stripe running vertically and centrally through the shield, an angel overlaying a portion of the stripe, the angel having pink hands and face, and gold hair with maroon accents, the angel having a red robe with blue accents, the angel having white wings with gold shading and with a blue border and blue accents internally with gold outline, the wings overlaying part of the stripe as well as the background of the shield, the angel holding a blue sphere with gold longitudinal and latitudinal stripes, a yellow scroll with gold outline underneath the shield, the shield and scroll over a pair of gold wings with maroon accents and black outlining, the literal element "THAT OTHERS MAY LIVE" in black over the shield and between the upper portion of the wings, and the literal element "FOUNDATION" in black below the wings.
