The mark consists of both a literal written component and a design component. The literal or word portion of the mark consists of the nine word phrase, "The National Registry for the Protection of Religious Identity". The first "The" has an initial capital letter "T", and all the other words have initial capital letters except for the words "for" and the second "the" which are both lower case. The design portion of the mark consists of three progressively smaller stylized "wing" shapes in different shades of blue at the upper left of the text. The lowest "wing" shape is the same shade of blue as are the words, and is the largest shape. The middle "wing" shape is blue-gray in color and slightly smaller, and the uppermost "wing" shape is smallest and periwinkle in color.
