From left to right, the three chinese characters are pronounced as "yu", "tian' and "xia. These three chinese characters can be translated into "the universe of yu", "the world of yu", "the universe of Chong Qing" or "world of Chong Qing" in English. In the middle is the line "Yu Tian Xia Hot Pot". Below this line are 5 chinese characters which reads "jiu", "gong", "ge", "huo", "guo".
