The mark consists of the words "NATIONS DIRECT". Below these words is the word "MORTGAGE". To the immediate left of these words is the handle of a torch. At the top of the handle is a quarter of a circle with the curved portion resting on the top of the handle and the pointed part of the quarter circle pointing upwards. Above the quarter circle is a stylized flame which extends to the edges of the quarter circle and upwards in an arc to a pointed top. The top of the flame is directly above the point of the quarter circle. The left side of the flame has a gap about two thirds of the way up from the base of the quarter circle to the top of the flame.
