The mark consists of the letters "iFM" below the stylized image of a woman, magnifying glass and a document. The document is comprised of rectangles, lines and a wide top section with a thin three-sided border in which in the upper right corner appears the stylized image of the head and shoulders of a person partially surrounded by fourteen small squares. All of the foregoing appear on a square background with rounded upper edges. The letters, background of the document and the woman's collar are white with black behind the letters, the magnifying glass is silver with a dark grey handle and white highlights, the woman's hair is brown, her tunic is orange and her face and neck are beige and white; the top section of the document and the rectangles are red, the lines are dark grey and the outline of the document is black, the border, head and shoulders and squares are pale orange, the square background is dark orange and the remainder of the background is pale blue with grey on the right side.
