The mark consists of an "M" directly aligned below a "W" both centered between the wings of a silhouette of a bird representing an eagle. The claws of the eagle are holding a martial arts belt. All of these items are enveloped within a circle, with the exception that the belt protrudes slightly at the bottom, but is enveloped by larger outer circle. The inner circle is centered within the outer circle. Large and small rays similar to the rays of a sun extend from the inner circle. The larger rays extend reaching the inner edge of the outer circle. There are eight rays that extend from the inner circle and the space between the inner and outer circles is the lightest between the bottom three rays, the darkest between the right four rays, and a shade in the middle between the left four rays.
