The mark consists of a padlock with a dark blue skeleton key floating between the open top loop of the lock and the base of the padlock. The padlock and key portion is surrounded by concentric circles, and the padlock is in the center of the circles. The outer most circle is a thin outline of dark blue color, with a thicker orange circle inside that, a white circle inside that, and then the remaining space inside the circles a light blue color. The lock portion of the padlock is open and the top of the lock is outside of the circles, and the bottom of the padlock covers the outer concentric circles. The padlock is a dark blue with the words "LOCK" and "KEY" in stylized white block letters with each word stacked above the other and an orange "+" sign in front of "KEY", so that together this forms the phrase "LOCK + KEY".
