The mark consists of A blue circular line with an approximate 10 degree cut in the right side with dots marking the end points surrounding a smaller blue circular line with approximately a 10 degree cut in the left of the circle with dots marking the end points surrounding a blue colored circle consisting of two shades of blue with two interspersed white arcs both ending in dots with one arc containing four white vertical lines each ending in a dot and the circle containing two white lines ending in a dot at approximately the 45 degree point and another two white vertical lines ending with a white dot at the approximately the 225 degree point.
