The mark consists of a left-justified, equilateral triangle, positioned with one of the sides horizontal on the bottom, followed by the letters "MVP" in dark grey, at half the height of the triangle. Each side of the triangle is formed by the hypotenuse of one smaller, obtuse, scalene triangle, each of which is colored black transitioning to red, as you move clockwise from the apex around the larger triangle. The three smaller triangles composing the largest triangle form an equilateral triangle in the center of the largest triangle. The triangle and "MVP", collectively, sit squared atop the words "MAGNUM VENUS PRODUCTS" in red. The color white is a transparent area and is not part of the mark.
