The mark consists of a smaller triangle outlined by a thin blue line within a larger triangle outlined by a thin blue line, the inside of the smaller triangle is white with a drawing of a human figure in a rowing exercise position in the color blue and located at the top of the triangle, beneath the figure in the small triangle is written "GOROW" in the blue and in a design replicating the rowing position of the figure; the space between the smaller triangle and the larger triangle is a light blue color and contains the wording "TRAINING", "STUDIO" and "HOBOKEN N.J.", all in blue with one literal element in each section of the triangle
