Description of Mark
The mark consists of a packaging design for the goods with a border background formed of an outer orange border, inner green and white stripe, and an innermost yellow border stripe separated from each other by a central gray segment. The central gray segment represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. A composite design of the stylized word "ZUMBA" in red and yellow letters outlined in black; the stylized word "GOMA" in green and yellow outlined in black; and the stylized word "NARANJA" in yellow and orange outlined in black is located on the central gray segment on the front and back sides of the label. The composite design also has an image of an orange that is orange and green in color and outlined in black and white and a half orange that is orange and white in color and outlined in black and white, which are located beside the word "NARANJA" on the central gray segment. A portion of a red gum ball is located above the word "ZUMBA" of the composite design on the central gray segment. The red gum ball is surmounted by a portion of wedge of an orange depicted in orange and yellow, all of which is outlined in black and white. The same stylized words "ZUMBA", "GOMA" and "NARANJA" in the same color scheme as used on the central gray segment of the composite design are located on the back side of the label and on the folds of the label on the central gray segment and between images of oranges depicted in orange, yellow, and green, and outlined in black and white. The same composite design of the stylized words "ZUMBA," "GOMA" and "NARANJA" in the same color scheme and orange images as used on the central gray segment of the composite design is located on the outer orange border stripe on the front and back sides of the label.
