The mark consists of a label placed on a bottle. The center of the label is a rectangular shape in white with a blue rectangular shape just within the border of the white rectangular shape. In the center of the blue rectangular shape is the wording "SPLENDID BLEND" in blue above the wording "COCONUT WATER" in blue, above the wording "INFUSED WITH PEACH & MANGO" in white in a blue banner. Below the banner design is the stylized design of a coconut in white and brown, a yellow and red peach and a yellow mango. Above and below the white center of the label are stylized depictions of green leaves and stems, orange colored peaches, brown and white coconuts, yellow, orange and green colored mangoes all against a blue background. A black and white toucan with an orange and black beak appears in the upper portion of the label perched on a green branch. A silver and white cap appears at the top of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the overall shape of the bottle and bottle cap are meant to show placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
