The mark consists of the red stylized letters "FSA" with the design of a red incomplete oval drawn from left to right to its crest in a graduated taper design increasing to its full width at the crest of the incomplete oval swoosh. The incomplete oval swoosh extends around and outside the right side of the "A". The lower arm of the swoosh contains a white shadow of the lower arm of the swoosh positioned inside the lower decreasing arm of the swoosh, which lower arm traverses back through the letter "A" and continues toward the left through the lower loop of the letter "S", diminishing to a point inside the lower loop of the "S". To the right of the letters "FSA" is the stylized word "LOGISTIX" in a slightly smaller size font, horizontally centered with the letters "FSA". The letters "LOGISTI" in the word "LOGISTIX" are black and the letter "X" is red. A solid red directional triangle pointing to the right nests next to and between the letters "I" and "X". A thin red line, level with the lowest point of the letters "FSA", underlines the word "LOGISTIX". Under the thin red line, beginning at a point under the letter "G" of "LOGISTIX", the gray stylized wording "A Final Mile Company", extends under and to the end of the word "LOGISTIX".
