The mark consists of a red oval outlined in black positioned atop a blue oval outlined in black positioned atop a yellow oval outlined in black positioned atop a green oval outlined in black, each oval being moved about 12 degrees from the other, and a white oval outlined in black positioned horizontally across the center of the stack of colored ovals such that a portion of the red oval is at the top left and bottom right of the white oval and a portion of the green oval is at the top right and bottom left of the white oval, with portions of the the red and yellow ovals above and below the center portion of the white oval, and where the white oval has three black letters positioned in the middle, "T S I", in stylized font with the "S" in the center being the largest letter and all three letters having a narrow black line shadowing the letters.
