The mark consists of the word "LIVELOCK" etched below and to the right of a smaller solid rectangular black box which is centered between and partially enclosed by a larger bold rectangular frame that has been sliced diagonally from upper left corner to bottom right corner and pulled apart. "LIVELOCK" is written in all upper case letters in what is best described as a futuristic, military, digital-esque font with diagonal slices cut into the corners of the letters giving the text a sharp, razor's edge appearance. The direction of the slices in the letters go from upper left to bottom right. Most notably the "E" has multiple diagonal slices, and part of the letter is missing. The "O" has a v-shape cut out of the top. The letters are spaced apart so that no letter is touching another one.
