The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress comprised of the following elements: (1) a paperboard box crafted to resemble the appearance of a rare hardcover book and made of cardstock with diamond designs and crescent designs in the corners of the diamonds all raised in relief on the front and back covers and on the spine; (2) gray sides designed to resemble the exposed page ends of a closed hardcover book; (3) a grayish blue band designed to simulate a ribbon with brown and gold bordering and also a dotted line border resembling stitching, which runs from the front flap and around the spine and across the back flap; (4) an off white band which runs from the spine and around the back cover; (5) a front cover which opens like the front cover of a book, which is ornamented with a powder blue border and a thin gray line around an off-white rectangle which is ornamented with a thin line of gold dots resembling stitching near the gray border and contains both a stylized escutcheon in powder blue with a border of braided fleur-des-lis in brown and gold and a white rectangular label with a border of thin brown lines and with French curves and florets in the corners; (6) the wording BINGLEY'S TEAS PRESENTS JANE AUSTEN TEA SERIES on the front cover; (7) a spine which is powder blue and banded by the grayish-blue ribbon band bordered in stitching and lines of brown and gold near the top and by the off-white ribbon band bordered in stitching and lines of brown and gold near the bottom; (8) the grayish-blue band near the top of the spine includes the wording JANE AUSTEN TEA SERIES; (9) the off-white band near the bottom of the spine includes the design of an ornamental Greco-Roman vase decorated by banners and surrounded by the wording BINGLEY'S TEAS LIMITED; (10) a back cover which is powder blue and banded by the grayish-blue ribbon band bordered in stitching and lines of brown and gold near the top and by the off-white ribbon band bordered in stitching and lines of brown and gold near the bottom; (11) a horizontal oval on the back cover, which is near the top and half superimposed on the grayish-blue band, and which contains the design of an ornamental Greco-Roman vase decorated by banners and surrounded by the wording BINGLEY'S TEAS LIMITED; (12) a stylized escutcheon in white with a border of braided fleur-des-lis in brown and gold, from the corners of which dangle two brown tea cups at a downward angle; (13) a vertical oval emerging from the top of the stylized white escutcheon, bordered with a brown line, ornamented with a three-leaf crest in gold and with stylized mantling of curving fleur-des-lis and curving gold stems, and containing a portrait of Jane Austen; (14) the wording JANE AUSTEN in scripted letters resembling hand writing above the vertical oval and the wording TEA SERIES within the stylized white escutcheon at the base of the vertical oval; (15) two lines of brown dots extending at slanted angles from the stylized white escutcheon to border the base of the vertical oval; (16) the wording BINGLEYSTEAS.COM; (17) the wording contained within the off-white ribbon band on the back cover: THE JANE AUSTEN TEA SERIES IS INSPIRED FROM A LOVE OF JANE AUSTEN'S WORKS.
