The mark consists of substantially the same size and appearance in combination with color coding (i.e., the colors orange, red, blue, black, yellow, green, brown and gray), used to illustrate the status of a hospital bed, the status of a hospital room, and the status of hospital patient. Each column represents a different hospital unit. At the top of each column, a blue box contains information identifying that hospital unit, as well as a color-coded box that includes statistical information for that particular unit. The cells used in the configuration to represent hospital rooms are arranged by column and in rows. Each cell within the configuration consists of three rows that each display certain information about the status of a hospital room and the status of a hospital bed. The top row of each cell displays an identifier for the hospital room as well as alphanumeric characters and colors that indicate attributes about the hospital room. The second row of the cell consists of either one box, or two boxes (where one box occupies most of the row) and uses color and text to indicate status information regarding the patient's hospital bed. The third row of each cell contains up to 5 equal spaces for alphanumeric icons or colored boxes to display certain attributes relating to the patient and the patient's hospital bed. The configuration of these columns and rows of cells and the color coding contained therein comprise Applicant's mark.
