The mark consists of a circle that consists of a thin black outer border, then a thin red border inside, a thicker black border further inside which contains the white circular literal element "LITTLE ROCK RANGERS", with "LITTLE ROCK" on top and "RANGERS" on the bottom, and two stylized black and white soccer balls separating the words on both the left and right sides of the circle, and a thin red line further inside forming the innermost border of the outer circle. In the middle of the circle, inside the innermost thin red line, is a smaller circle which features a white background, two black stylized deer with antlers facing each other as they simultaneous run away from each other, a stylized black tree in between the two deer, and at the bottom of the interior circle, a black section divided in two by a vertical white line which features on the left the black numerical element "16", outlined in white, and on the right a red depiction of the state of Arkansas, outlined in white, which includes a white star outlined in black that indicates the position of Little Rock, Arkansas.
