The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a pruning shear. The design includes a pair of elongate curved handle members pivotally connected near one end of the handle members, with a shorter elongate depression in the handle members near the pivot ends and a longer elongate depression area more centrally positioned of the handle members. A pair of curved handle covers are positioned at the ends of the handle members distal from the pivot, the end of the handle covers closer to the pivot being cut at an angle, the opposite end of the handle covers having inwardly extending protrusions with openings defined through the handle members and handle covers in the area near the protrusions. The broken lines depicting the blades; the center, pivot bolt; the blade screw; and the bumpers indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
