The mark consists of tan oval shape with a flat bottom, the oval has a triple border comprised of a thin black line, a wider light gold line and another thin black line, the border is cutoff by a wide horizontal band in maroon appearing across the lower half of the oval, and the border continues along the top and bottom of the band, in the upper center of the oval appear three gold coins with the interior elements outlined in black, the center coin is a bit larger and slightly overlaps the other coins, the center coin has a two handled cup in the center with leaved branches extending upwards from bottom left and right, above the cup appears the wording "GANDARILLA", the left coin has shield topped with a crown, the right coin has an eagle with stars above the eagle and the wording "ORIGINALE DE MEXICO" below the eagle, below the coins appears a curved following banner comprised of the black gold and black border and tied into the border above the maroon band at the corners, the banner has a central field in brown with the wording "TRES OROS" in gold inside, below the banner and integrated into border above the maroon band appears a rounded rectangle with the central field in brown and the word "AÑEJO" appearing in gold in the center, between the upper banner central field and the rounded rectangle is a gold stylized pineapple, below the band appears an inverted curved flowing banner comprised of the black, gold and black border and tied into the border below the maroon band at the corners, below the lower banner and across the bottom of the oval appears the wording "IMPORTED BY COMERCIALIZADORA GANDARILLA INC" in black letters with several letters at the ends curving upwards following the oval shape, all elements in the design have a black shadow or shading around them.
