Educational services in the nature of providing educational programs, mentoring opportunities and tutoring support to help underprivileged children and youth to graduate from high school, succeed in higher education and pursue employment, namely, early childhood education instruction programs, after-school tutoring programs in the field of pre-kindergarten through 12th grade classroom instruction, educational counseling services to assist students in planning and preparing for further education, special education classes for persons with learning disabilities and for special needs children, academic and recreational summer enrichment programs in the areas of math, science, reading, computers, sports, dance, music and art, and educator training programs in the areas of teacher preparation, instructional practice, classroom management, school administration and leadership training; research featuring data collection and data evaluation, all conducted in the general field of education and in the fields of early childhood education programs, after-school programs, educational counseling services, special education, summer enrichment programs, vocational training and educator professional development programs
