The mark consists of two concentric circle outlines, broken up in the center by two horizontal lines running parallel to each other. In the inner circle above the top horizontal line is the phrase "ORGANIC" written along the inner edge of the circle in upper case letters, followed by the phrase "NEWHALL" written underneath "ORGANIC", in a straight line, also in upper case letters. Between the two horizontal lines is the phrase "SWEAT SHACK" in stylized, script font, with the two letters "S" capitalized. An image of a small shack is placed in the lower section of the inner circle, whose roof extends int the area between the two horizontal lines.
