Home health care services; Home health care services, namely, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aide and nursing services to the elderly; Providing limited in-home personal medical services for individuals including checking vital signs, medication compliance and individual hygiene, scheduling doctor appointments, picking up prescriptions, checking medical equipment and supplies, and providing on-line information related to these personal medical services

In-home support services to senior persons, namely, geriatric care management services in the nature of the coordination of necessary services and personal care for older individuals; Non-medical in-home personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of elderly persons in the nature of non-medical support and assisted living services to the elderly in their homes, including elderly care management services along the lines of coordinating personal care for older individuals; personal care assistance and home aide with daily activities like bathing and dressing; and providing nonmedical personal assistance services to older individuals in the nature of planning, coordinating, and assisting with the performance of daily tasks
