Non-medical personal care assistance of daily living activities of disabled persons, the elderly, and those recovering from surgery or injury, namely, bathing, toileting, and dressing assistance, cooking meals for individuals in their own homes, checking home condition, supplies and individual well-being, scheduling appointments, running errands, making safety checks, checking medication compliance, escorting individuals during trips for personal safety purposes, and driving individuals to where the individual wants to go, usually in their own cars, such as transportation to doctor appointments, to the pharmacy, and the like
