The mark consists of a bold font orange letter D intersecting with an upside down bold font dark blue letter D. The two points of intersection are squares that are the color grey. The upside down letter D is placed one half letter length below the orange letter D and begins half way through the orange letter D. There are two spaces in the orange letter D directly before the two points of the grey intersection squares, which are the same size and shape as the grey squares. There are two spaces in the dark blue letter D directly before the grey intersection squares, which are the same size and shape as the grey squares. All four white spaces are on the outside of the grey squares, not within the points of intersection and overlap. Immediately to the right, there is a white space and then the letters D R I V and E all in capital and bold font, followed by another white space and then followed by the capital letters D E V E L O P M E N and T in a light blue not bold font. The top of the letters line up with the top of the dark blue upside down letter D and the bottom of the letter line up with the bottom of the orange right side up letter D. There is one thin grey line above and one thin grey line below the letters "DRIVE DEVELOPMENT" that run the length of the letters. The two lines are equal length. The top line lines up with the top portion of the top spacing on the orange letter D (where there is a break before the top grey intersection) and the bottom line lines up with the bottom part of the bottom spacing of the upside down bold font dark blue letter D (where there is a break after the bottom grey square intersection).
