The mark consists of the trade dress shown on the front panel of the product packaging, namely, (1) a white background with a purple band running horizontally across the bottom of the panel, the purple band having a height of about twelve percent of the total height of the panel, with a horizontal white dashed line running along the full extent of the top edge of the purple band, and the wording "SENSIBLE FOODS" appearing in white above the wording "CRUNCH DRIED SNACKS" also appearing in white, these wordings centered laterally in the purple band; (2) a green banner centered laterally at the extreme top of the panel, the green banner having a lateral width of about thirty-three percent of the total width of the panel, the banner having parallel vertical sides and a bottom that slopes mildly upward from left to right, the vertical right side having a height of about eighty percent of the height of the vertical left side, the wording "ALL-NATURAL" appearing in white and sloping mildly upward from left to right, and with white dashed lines running along the vertical sides edges and sloped bottom edge of the green banner; (3) the wording "CHERRY BERRY" appearing in purple letters centered laterally across the upper third of the panel and against the white background, and sloping mildly upward from left to right across the panel; (4) the wording "100% REAL FRUIT" appearing in green on the white background and centered directly above the wording "CHERRY BERRY", with a stylized green leaf situated immediately to the left, and a stylized green leaf situated immediately to the right, of the wording "100% REAL FRUIT"; (5) the wording "CRUNCH DRIED FRUIT" appearing in green on the white background and centered directly below the wording "CHERRY BERRY"; (6) the wording "GLUTEN FREE · NON-GMO" appearing in smaller green letters on the white background and centered directly below the wording "CRUNCH DRIED FRUIT"; (7) a collection of images of fruit on the white background and located above the purple band and below the wording "GLUTEN FREE · NON-GMO", and having a height occupying about fifty percent of the total height of the panel, the collection of fruit being offset to the right side of the panel and comprising: a red and yellow-red apple in the foreground with a green stem; red strawberries in the middle ground with green leaf stems and with golden-brown seeds, one of the strawberries cut in half to reveal a white and pink interior; a green leaf between the apple and the strawberries; red cherries in the middle ground, two of the cherries having green stems; a green leaf between the apple and the cherries; blue blueberries in the background, some of the blueberries partially hidden behind the strawberries and the cherries.
