The mark consists of the words Oregon Interscholastic Ski Racing Association written in white forming the circumference of a navy-blue circle. The navy-blue circle forms the background for the entire mark. Inside of the circle is a beige-colored six-pointed snowflake that spans almost the entire width of the navy-blue circle. A smaller salmon-colored six-pointed snowflake is layered on top of the beige-colored six-pointed snowflake and spaced so that the points of the salmon-colored six-pointed snowflake land in the spaces in-between the points of the beige-colored snowflake. The letters OISRA in white all-capital letters are written horizontally in the center of the circle on top of the beige-colored and salmon-colored snowflakes.
