The mark consists of three horizontally positioned, parallel four-sided polygons, one above the other, with the top and bottom polygons spaced equidistant from the middle polygon, whereby the top and bottom sides of each of the polygons are straight and parallel, and the left and right sides of the polygons angle inward and down at approximately thirty five degrees forming a wedge shaped appearance. To the right of the wedge shaped parallel polygons is the word "AEROHEAD" in capital letters using the Narkism font and the letters are slightly angled to the right. Directly under the letter "A" and the letter "D" is the word "HATS" in capital letters using the Arial font. Above and below the wedge motif and the word "AEROHEAD" there are fine parallel horizontal lines. The lower line is broken into two lines where the word "HATS" is inserted.
