The mark consists of the word "TOKYO" in red block letters with a yellow border framed within a primitive hut also in red with a yellow border with the word "STEAKHOUSE" in yellow block letters below the word "TOKYO" and an oval with a yellow border containing an image of a man dressed in chef's attire with a white shirt, red scarf and red hat holding a knife and two pronged fork with red, yellow, and orange flames emanating from below the oval and upward but not entering the oval, all of the foregoing on a black background; and the words "GINGER SAUCE" in black letters contained within a green banner running horizontally along the bottom of the mark.
