The mark consists of a circle with an image of a plant with five leaves, two on each side of the stem and one on the peak of the stem. The plant image is transparent. The circle is shaded inside, around the plant. The bottom half below the two bigger leaves is blue and the top part above the bigger leaves is light green. The leaves each have a main vein in the center in the green color, same as the shading of the top half of the circle. Below the image is the phrase OASIS FAMRS in navy blue letters, all capitalized, the O and F slightly bigger than the others, in standard character font style.
