Concurrent use information. Applicant has been using the mark "BOUNCE" in connection with booking, organizing and hosting children's parties and providing entertainment services to children in the form of a bounce house to the general public in interstate commerce since on or before May 27, 2014. On or before May 27, 2014, Applicant began advertising their sale of these services using a Facebook page as well as placing the mark on a sign outside of the location at which the services are rendered. In addition, the mark was placed on the equipment, i.e, inflatable houses, used to provide the services. Since that date, Applicant has used the mark in conjunction with advertising its services using print media as well as television. Applicant's use of the mark in commerce has been continuing since on or before May 27, 2014. Applicant adopted their mark without any knowledge of the competing mark being used in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and prior to Bounce Milwaukee's application for registration on April 30, 2015 (please see application serial number 86,615,530 filed by Bounce Milwaukee, LLC at 2801 S. 5th Court, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207). Applicant's advertising of its services and thus use of the mark in conjunction with offering the above services has been restricted to the following counties in southeastern North Carolina: Pender, Columbus, Brunswick, Bladen and New Hanover Counties. Applicant began using their mark no later than May 27, 2014 when they announced on a Facebook page they were taking reservations for birthday parties in advance of their facility opening in July 2014. Applicant was unaware that another business was using a very similar mark in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to advertise services including booking, organizing and hosting children's parties and providing entertainment services to children in the form of a bounce house as well as other services, not currently provided by Applicant. Such use appears to have begun around approximately the same time. Based upon Bounce Milwaukee's application it appears they used their mark on party favors, invitations, inflatable bounce houses, their carpet, balloons, etc. To the best of Applicant's knowledge, no one else, except as specified in the application, has the right to use the mark
