The mark consists of "AMERASIAN CHILDREN OF VIETNAM VETERANS" written in red letters in the upper portion of a yellow circle that is outlined in green on the inside and outside. The words "GIA DÌNH LAI MY-VIET" are written in red letters in the lower portion of the yellow circle. On either side of the Vietnamese words is a green dot. The center of the yellow circle is filled in with the American flag. The top portion of the flag is shown in the normal colors of red, white, and blue, and the bottom portion of the flag fades into an orange gradient. In front of the flag are the black silhouettes of a soldier holding the hands of a little boy on the left and a little girl on the right. Underneath the silhouettes, the words "AMERASIAN HOMECOMING ACT" are written in black letters with a white background.
