The mark consists of an "H" with the first stem of the "H" extending further down than normal to create an "I," and the bottom of the second stem of the "H" jutting to the right in order to create an "L". The letters to the right of the "H" are "ospital", "eadership", and "nstitute". Combining the letters with the large capital "H", it reads, "Hospital Leadership Institute." There's a thin line that starts above and to the right of the second stem of the "H" and continues to the lower left of the letters and then bends upward to the right of the "p" from the word, "Leadership". The entire logo is placed in a box, with the little line extending a small amount past the box.
