The mark consists of the wording "PURE TEAS" within stylized lettering to the left of a stylized design of a clear teacup which features a handle on the left side, circular rim elements on the top and bottom, a colored element within the cup element signifying the presence of tea and a stylized element further comprising three vertical lines rising from above the tea element signifying that the tea within the teacup is hot. The term "Pure Teas" is green. The lower rim element of the teacup, the element within the teacup representing tea, the three vertical lines representing the heat element, the lower section of the handle and the right side of the upper rim of the teacup are orange. The front section of the upper rim of the teacup, the upper segment of the handle element and a horizontal stripe element at the back of the liquid element are orange. The left segment of the upper rim of the teacup is grey. The areas on the tea cup, handle and rim of the cup representing shadow lines are all in white.
