The mark consists of an aqua blue elliptical shape. In the center of the shape is an image of a globe with small parts of land visible in dark blue, the water masses are aqua blue and on the right side of the globe. The left side of the globe is made up of jigsaw puzzle pieces, which are yellow, navy blue, red, purple and light blue. Around the globe is an orbit; blue on the inside and has a purple outline on the outer edge. In the front of the globe on the orbit is the phrase "LOUIE'S VOICE" in purple, three dimensional letters with navy blue outlines. The letters "O" in both words are filled in with the pattern of the colorful jigsaw puzzles. The letter "L" and the last "E" in the phrase have a shine star on the top edges. Above the image of the globe is the phrase "SPEAKING UP FOR AUTISM" in white letters, with the "S" and "A" capitalized and the other letters lower case, written in a semi circular orientation. Below the image of the globe is the phrase "OCCUPANT WITH AUTISM", in all capital white letters, with a navy blue outline. Below this phrase is the phrase "MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TALK OR RESPOND TO VERBAL COMMANDS." in white capitalized letters, smaller than the previous phrase. Below the top edge of the image is the phrase "BE AWARE. BE UNDERSTANDING." in white letter with a navy blue outline, all capitalized. The phrase is written parallel to the edge. On either side of the phrase is an arched line which extends from the top phrase to the one on the lower part of the ellipse creating a border for the inside of the image, so that the phrase on the bottom is excluded from the rest of the phrases.
