The mark consists of eighteen interlocking hexagons configured generally in an upside down triangle configuration, in five horizontal rows. There are four distinct designs of hexagon that make up the design: an empty hexagon with only the outline of the hexagon; a filled-in hexagon, which includes a hexagon that is filled in but for a small hexagon in the middle; a half-filled hexagon, which includes a thicker outline of the hexagon that fills in the hexagon but for a hexagonal-shaped unfilled area in the middle; and an "r" hexagon, which is a filled in hexagon but for an unfilled portion in the shape of the letter "r". In the top row of the design, there are four hexagons of the following type from left to right: filled-in, empty, empty, filled-in. In the second row, there are five hexagons from left to right: filled-in, "r", half-filled, half-filled, filled-in. In the third row, there are four hexagons from left to right: empty, half-filled, empty, empty. In the fourth row, there are three hexagons from left to right: empty, half-filled, empty. And in the fifth row, there are two filled-in hexagons from left to right.
